How Make Difficult Decisions: Advice From Alvin York

Taking a lesson learned from his duck hunting days – that picking off the one in the rear rather than the leader caught the group by surprise — York took out the last man in the line first, and then made his way to the front, leveling each German in turn with a single bullet. Unlike York, I personally believe in not asking the open-ended question of “What should I do?” but rather coming to your own decision based on the studying and pondering you’ve done, and then presenting that choice to God for confirmation or rejection. These wars prevent democracy and human rights in countries which have themselves been victims of aggression. I've had this office hold the policy for my home for almost 3 yrs now. Instead of this agent assisting us with our policy and claims we were simple handed over a list of numbers to call over and over . He coined the term "information overload," and painted a picture of people who were isolated and depressed, cut off from hu...

Take This Bread

5. "The smell of good bread baking, like the sound of lightly flowing water, is indescribable in its evocation of innocence and delight." --M.F.K. Fisher not forget the strength the world, but walk calmly for the world is full of trickery. Watch these pituitary retards bang their fucking skulls together and congratulate you on living in the land of freedom. Judge: Right, his banana-scented bandana. Zoro: "No, punch the hoverboard, eat the swing set!" But it was realer than any thought of mine, or even any subjective emotion: it was as real as the actual taste of the bread and the wine.

Things Christ Bore For Us

It's the feast day of St. Antonio Maria Claret, a 19th-century Spanish missionary priest who is known as the "spiritual father of Cuba." Doug: When I first got into the habit of ending every edition of The International Speculator (and later The Casey Report) with a quote – starting in the 1990s – I almost always referred to at least one of my four favorite modern philosophers—Mikhail Bakunin, Peter Kropotkin, Edward Gibbon, and H.L. Mencken. And then shall that Wicked be revealed, whom the Lord shall consume with the spirit of his mouth, and shall destroy with the brightness of His coming: Even him, whose coming is after the working of Satan with all power and signs and lying wonders, and with all deceivableness of unrighteousness in them that perish; because they received not the love of the Truth, that they might be saved ."
